sometimes i really crack myself up. like whenever i think about how dearly i yearn for hair extensions/ five-inch acrylic nails in an animal print pattern. this is really a true desire i have for my life, and it’s funny. or when i catch myself humming a weird song while i’m driving myself home at night… it’s just a funny habit i have. so, yes. i keep myself in giggles a lot. it’s like having a built-in comedy person with me all the time, but that person is me.

recently i signed into pandora after not using it for months and months. i realized that last june i created a station called “EPIC SUMMER PARTY.” that’s funny. it’s great for a lot of reasons, but the main one being last summer was most stressful, tiring, trying and probably least fun summer i’d had in years. so i was attempting to cheer myself up by having this pandora station that played epic party music, i guess. i wonder if it worked.

anyway, i just want you guys to know that EPIC SUMMER PARTY is killing it right now. i see that i wanted it to be a mix of music based on the sounds of MIA, MGMT, Of Montreal and Santigold, and it pretty much is. thanks, past-self. for being funny. and for planning ahead with the killer tunes.

oh man today is off the charts in terms of anxious energy. i wish i could show you guys a visual of how much i’m wiggling around and grinding my teeth and such. i was in a meeting all morning and missed two calls from the ak, which i think intensified everything in terms of anxiety and antsy feelings. i wish i would have been around to answer my phone. it made me pretty angsty, not going to lie. but the weekend starts in about nine minutes, the weather is beautiful and i’m headed to a great birthday party tonight, and then HILTON next week so vacation here i am, let’s ride. you know how it is. i just miss the boyf.
